Order Processing

As soon as your package has been shipped, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM (EDT) will be processed on the next business day.

To help us resolve this quickly, please take clear photos of the product and packaging, and email them to support@solvike.com within 48 hours of delivery.
