Return Process

You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day window has passed. To start your return, please contact our support team at support@solvike.com. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. No restocking fees will be applied.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variation, please email us at support@solvike.com within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will assist you with the exchange process and provide step-by-step instructions. Please note that all exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns — unused and in their original packaging.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@solvike.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. We encourage customers to reach out as soon as possible after placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. To resolve this quickly, please take clear photos of the issue and email them to support@solvike.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct or a replacement item.
